Number 15 on my list of best barbecue places in town is Roscoe’s Barbecue in Edwardsville, Kansas.  I visited on Friday, September 22nd, 2017.  You can read the blog post of my visit here.

I really liked the brisket at Roscoe’s.  Very tender and flavorful meat.  Not many people talk about Roscoe’s when discussing the best barbecue in town, but I have a buddy that works nearby who is somewhat of a food and barbecue connoisseur and he ranks this place right up there with the best.  I concur that it was very good the day I ate there.
