Number 16 on my list of best barbecue places in town is Mudhole BBQ in Liberty.  I visited on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019.  You can read the blog post of my visit here.

Although I’m usually not a fan of the shredded brisket sandwich, the one I had here was really good.  Hot, tender and very flavorful meat.  This will be the only shredded brisket in the top 21, so I guess you could say they win the shredded brisket category!
