8th Place – Jones Bar-B-Q
Finishing in 8th place on my list of best barbecue places in town is Jones Bar-B-Q. I visited on Saturday, January 5th, 2019. You can read the blog post of my visit here.
Hopefully you’ve heard the story of the Jones sisters by now. The bottom line is they know how to make great barbecue! The only negative thing I’ve ever heard about this place is that the line is too long. Of course there’s a reason for that! It’s a very popular place! My recommendation is to get there early and arrive on an empty stomach so you can fit as much barbecue in your stomach as possible! Also, bring some extra cash and buy a bottle of their sauce. It’s good stuff!
They don’t have a website. If you want to get an idea of the menu, google them and you’ll see a couple of pictures of the menu posted. Ignore the prices, as I think they may be a bit outdated.
